Plan ahead: The Crescenta Valley Town Council will meet Thursday at 7 p.m. at the La Crescenta Library's Community Room, 2809 Foothill Blvd. The agenda includes a brief forum to hear input from the community about big rigs parking in the La Crescenta and Montrose area.
