Not surprised as restaurants don't normally have "Going Out Of Business" sales that count…Read More down the days. Even big chains do it this way. Open on Sunday, boarded up by Monday morning. Hopefully employees got their final paychecks. I've talked to servers who said they've showed up to work and found chains around the front door. And this was at a higher end steakhouse. Restaurants are one of the toughest businesses to succeed in.
