Eric Garcetti's big priority is aiding and abetting illegal invaders of the US. He does thatRead More effectively. If you think rails matter to him, just look at the "Subway to the Sea". How much did that cost, and how did that work out? I'd love to hear his response, but I've heard his foul mouth. So I'd rather not hear anything from him.
preemero July 12, 2014 at 03:08 pm
I'm surprised he didn't bow down to taxi drivers like the previous mayors that didn't build a railRead More system to the airport. That should have been the very first rail we had. Opening every lane on the freeways would probably solve most congestion issues we have but then the politicians would have to give up federal funding. Now we have to live with bike lanes that cause more traffic cause they wanted the federal funds that came with that project so I don't think any of these projects are gonna lessen traffic their just big projects to keeptheir donors in business.

$750 million of Measure R funds available for transfer from SR 710 gap closure funds in 2019. TheRead More cities of LA, South Pasadena and Pasadena very much want the Gold Line extended and do not want the SR 710, $12 Billion toll tunnels. Take the money, we won't stop you and encourage the action!

Fernando, you never did look at the quiet sign inside the walls of the bus station at Ave 26 whereRead More the buses pull out. You also never talked to Rudy like you said you would. You also know nothing about the Saturday night like program at Cypress Park like you claim to know about. There was hardly a few people there any given night. Especially after the free food ran out. You don't know the neighborhood now. Maybe you did at one time but you don't know Cypress Park anymore. If you really live in Cypress Park post what is written on the quiet sign inside the bus station. I challenge you. Let's see if you come through.

You also know nothing about the Saturday night light program at Cypress Park like you claim to know about. There was hardly a few people there any given night. Especially after the free food ran out. I don't need to talk to Rudy. He knows. I see him all the time. What happen what the Hell do I lookRead More like a news reporter..lol your name should be noisy not nonoise. Like I said we can put a friendly wager... You drive your little piece of shit red car with bumber stickers everywhere. Your side walk looks like a fire hazard and your like about 6ft. tall. Lol your an idiot if you think I'm going to drive into the mta bus station. I challenge you, see if you can keep quiet for once.

N is about the smartest person here.... Yes, why aren't grey water and rainwater systems requiredRead More for ALL new construction? What don't I understand? I've put this question out to various water agencies including the MWD with no reply.
DR July 9, 2014 at 03:20 pm
If things are that bad, why not stop building new homes, businesses for awhile until we get someRead More substantial rainfall? This is a short-term contribution, I realize, and affects more than just water, but then also do what the others have suggested and institute the grey water/rainwater systems in the future. It's just ridiculous that we are told to conserve, conserve, conserve everything and then all that does is drive costs up. And, building continues so demand increases, etc. Darned if you do, darned if you don't.

Attn: Mr. R. Terry Date: Monday June 09, 2014 It is because of gamblingRead More that some horses and bulls lose their lives. When horses continue to have a losing streak the owner is not making any cash off that horse, it is off to the Glue Factory with that horse. If a horse breaks it's leg in the race it is off to the Glue Factory with that horse. Bulls will die automatically in a Bull Fight after the Matador sticks both swords in the bull's throat from the left and right side of the bull. So don't tell me gambling has nothing to do with your comment. I understood what you were saying. But these animals are going to be killed if there is no money to be made that is all there is to it. I don't like it anymore than you do. But it seems that way the ball bounces and one of us is going to have to catch and stop that ball from bouncing. The best. The NRA and its gun loving clones are absolutely disgusting.

Let's not loose our heads with this terrible tragedy and jump on the gun control bandwagon. TheRead More first three were killed with a knife. In a perfect land of no guns I belive these killings would have continued. Once again reconizing mental illness was the key.

Well it is time for an update of who, if anyone at USFS, has ever been held accountable for theRead More Station Fire and the gross negligence and incompetence of allowing a small fire erupting near a forestry station in 105 degree heat in August 2009 to develop into a 130,000 acre disaster destroying a large fraction of our Angeles National Forest. Many should be in prison for this gross incompetence. Not only that, the local fire agencies in the area who sat on their tails and waited until they were finally called in by a defeated USFS / USDA. I'm referring to the LA City Fire Department for one and the LA County Fire department and their aerial water drops - On a few of those mornings in August, water drops didn't begin until 10AM. The USFS essentially abandoned the Big Tujunga Canyon area without any effort made to fight the fire. What are these Forest Service people on the payroll for besides a retirement package and benefits? They are a collection of incompetent slugs!

It says Around Town but the headline is UTAH. Utah is not near Natick!! I think everyone should notRead More open an article on Patch unless they see their town's name in the headline. So If it doesn't say Natick, then we all know it is not LOCAL to the Natick Patch. The less clicks these Patch sites get, the fewer advertisers they will get and then perhaps they will realize if we want sensational news from across the country we'd go back to Patch's former owners AOL and the HuffPost! Those here from other Patch sites - I think you should do the same only click on articles that mention your community's name. No name. No click!

Keep a close eye on a) Barometric pressure measurements, b) NOAA GOES West Coast IR Satellite Data,Read More c) Aerial Jet spraying / 'chemtrails' by high flying jets in the region. You will notice from the West coast satellite IR data that the winter storms approaching the West Coast are accompanied by: a) artificially high barometric pressure cells strategically parked off the West Coast to 'steer' the jet stream and the low pressure systems, b) high flying jets which spray a non dissipating chemical desiccant (chemtrail) to absorb the leading edges of the low pressure system's (storm) moisture thereby drying out the upper atmosphere and dissipating the storm system. The result of all this is that the low pressure storm system cannot organize itself raise the dew point and generate needed precipitation. There is a direct correlation between: the approaching storms shown on NOAA website, the accompanying high pressure cells generated via 'HAARP' type ionospheric heating technology, and the chemical desiccants sprayed by the jets right over our heads. I will tell you after two years of intense study, this 'drought' is manufactured. It is artificially created. By whom? We don't know but the trend is very clear; the high pressure cell is created and redirects the low pressure storm system to a direction of their choosing, the jets sponge up the residual moisture by spraying the desiccants and the NOAA satellite data allows us to actually forecast the jets' chemtrail activity in our area. The ramifications of this are enormous: high fresh water prices, high food prices and water regulations by local municipalities that cannot connect these dots.

@Brian, that was an interesting post, and I know that a lot of people would agree with you. I willRead More ad my personal testimony that when we had our most recent season of normal/heavy precipitation, I noticed that the reservoirs around So. Cal. had emptied almost all of their water. It was unreasonable, and made no sense to me. And it was ALL of them. When we look at the benefits: higher prices and greater control/restrictions of the masses, compared to there being no benefit in allowing citizens a high quality of life, it's easy to become suspicious.
Brian January 31, 2014 at 05:00 pm
@TT: Keep an eye on this website (daily if possible). You will see as these low pressure weatherRead More systems make their way toward the West Coast and California that we then see the high flying jets leaving aerosol / chemical / chemtrails without exception in the winter months (Late October through Mid May) accompanied by an upward shift trend in barometric pressure for that duration in the Southern Ca region. The desiccant spraying is preventing rainfall in CA. See website: www DOT goes DOT noaa DOT gov/WCIR3.html for West coast satellite weather data.

I am absolutely astounded that with all of the evidence out there, Governor Moonbeam was able toRead More deduce at this late point, that there is a drought. I haven't given him the credit he deserves.
