Two Minutes with LCHS Football coach Dan Yoder (video)

The Spartans are in the middle of their "Hell Week" to open fall camp. La CañadaFlintridge Patch was at practice Monday night to get the scoop on some of the key story lines facing the Spartans this fall.

Patch also got a chance to sit down with LCHS coach Dan Yoder for a couple of minutes to hear his take after the first day of practice. One thing in particular that stood out to Yoder was the overall condition of the Spartans. Despite the three-week layoff because of the CIF-mandated dead period, the Spartans haven't lost a step.
