Want to play like a pro? Then train like a pro. Become a better football player in this specialized training taught by a certified strength and conditioning coach who has worked with many high school, college and professional athletes. In each 90 minute session, players will participate in drills that improve speed, agility, and quickness, as well as learn correct football techniques for position-specific skill development. Fundamentals are the key to success and high performance - vital to improving performance. Players will also understand the importance of good character, goal setting and accountability needed by successful student athletes. Sessions are 90 minutes and are offered each Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. Athletes can attend any session at any time, but it is highly recommended that athletes attend at least two sessions a week for maximum results. Please bring cleats and water.
