School Board: No Formal Action on Ethnic Slur Teacher At This Time
The LCUSD plans on releasing a statement on the matter later Monday.
The La Canada Unified School District board convened at its meeting Monday morning and announced that no formal action will be taken against math teacher Gabrielle Leko "at this time." The board said a statement will be released later Monday.
Leko has been , which has caused a storm of reaction among parents and other students.
