The La Cañada Engineering Club's yard sale fundraiser is happening this Saturday, and club members could use some more items.
Parent Gayle Jenkins asks folks if they have anything that they would like to donate to the sale, except broken items or pieces generally construed as junk, to drop them off any time before the sale. You may leave items at 4450 Commonwealth Ave., th first house below Foothill Boulevard behind Citi Bank.
Jenkins said you may leave the items on the front porch.
"The kids really appreciate your support so start your Spring cleaning early,'' she wrote in an email.
The sale runs from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 4450 Commonwealth. Anything left over will be taken to the Bargain Box Thrift Store.
