Girl Spirit Group, for girls ages 11-14.

This new program for girls promotes resiliency and connection during early teen years. The 8 week session focuses on friendship and healthy relationships. Girls will be guided with a skilled facilitator through discussion and activities to explore the qualities that create positive peer relationships.
Topics include:
Identifying the qualities they possess Group dynamics, feeling included or left out Appreciating each other’s differences, recognizing commonalities Promoting interaction through the exchange of ideas and values Identifying common friendship problems and appropriate responses Using each other’s strengths and qualities to empower one another
About the Instructor:
Lisa Lipton, LMFT, has over 10 years of counseling experience with children, teens, and adults. She has developed a specialty for counseling pre-adolescent and adolescent girls including providing therapy at a Therapeutic Boarding School for girls ages 10-16.
