Join California's Biggest Earthquake Drill
The Great California ShakeOut begins at 10:18 a.m. Thursday.
Foothill-area schools, businesses and government officials will participate in the Great California ShakeOut at 10:18 a.m. Thursday.
The statewide emergency preparedness earthquake drill helps locals best prepare for disasters and stay safe during emergencies.
About 9.3 million people in California will participate, more than 3,798,170 will be from the greater Los Angeles area, according to the ShakeOut website.
