Vehicle Runs off Angeles Crest Highway, Careens 150 Feet

Two people suffered minor injuries.

Two people suffered minor injuries tonight after their vehicle ran off the Angeles Crest Highway and came to rest 150 feet down the mountain.

The vehicle occupants, a man and a woman, both in their 20s, told a Pasadena Police Department dispatcher the driver had swerved to avoid a deer on the highway before running off the road around 9 p.m.

Both vehicle occupants suffered minor injuries, said Los Angeles County Fire Department dispatch Supervisor Miguel Ornelas.
