Police Identify, Arrest One Sparr Heights Burglary Suspect

John Rodney Livingston was arrested about 1:45 p.m. Wednesday near Rosemary Avenue and Sunview Drive, according to Glendale Police Department's daily booking report. He is held at $50,000 bail.
Police are still looking for the other suspect, whose name and description was not released.
