Recently there are have been tractor trailers, tow trucks, and a beat up jeep with a boat attached parking on the Briggs and other overpasses. It is illegal to park on a bridge, why aren't these vehicles being ticketed? It seems these vehicles are being "stored" here.
We all pay taxes to live in a nice area and it starting to look like San Fernando Road in Glendale.
