Growing up, Mom dropped a couple of Kraft Singles between two slices of butter-soaked Wonder and voila - we had grilled cheese sandwiches.
I'm a bit pickier today, preferring rosemary bread, gouda and carmelized onions. So, since it's National Grilled Cheese Day, I thought I'd ask you your preferance for the cheesy sensation. And because bacon and apples hadn't occurred to me, I thought I'd post this video on yet another version of the traditional "easy'' dinner delight.
