Patch Blog: LC Juniors Enjoy Last of Summer's Concert Series
The last Music in the Park concert draws the largest crowd of the summer. A group of La Canada Juniors sit together with their families to hear the Neil Diamond muisc tribute.
La Canada Junior Women’s Club President, Carole Swemline and 20 LCJWC members gathered together for the Tribute to Neil Diamond concert at
Toes tapped as "Neil Diamond," wearing a sparkling red shirt, sang Forever in Blue Jeans, Crackling Rose and Sweet Caroline.
Since the concert was the last one of the music series, the group sat together among festive pink balloons, while socializing and sharing delicious picnic fare.

"We had such a wonderful turnout," shared Swemline. "It's terrific to see all the families sitting together enjoying the festivities."
LCJWC’s mission is to help women and children in need by providing financial and service-based support to local philanthropic organizations. Swemline and her Board have some great new projects planned for this coming year.
