Pastries Workshop

Learn how to make pastries like a French pastry chef.  In this two-hour workshop students will learn how to make beautiful fruit tarts, Crème Anglaise, and individual Pot De Crème (A rich, dark delicious chocolate mousse-like dessert). The best part about this class is that everyone gets to take their pastries home, so bring your Tupperware and get ready to learn to truly impress your friends.  Please let us know in advanced of any food allergies.
