Button Nose Pet Shop Celebrates Grand Opening on Foothill Blvd.
The store specializes in natural pet foods and locally produced products.
Button Nose Pet Shop at 838 Foothill Blvd. in La Cañada Flintridge celebrated its grand opening on Saturday with food, a live ukulele band and plenty of free treats for anyone who brought their dog.
Christina Lee, who said she moved from Colorado to Montrose last year, opened the store in January. It specializes in natural pet foods and locally produced products.
"We wanted to prepare the whole store. It’s a new store, so there’s a lot of setting up, and we wanted to take our time to do it, and have some basic customers before the grand opening," Lee said. "The customers are great, I have a lot of regular customers come in because it is clean and I have a lot of great products. This store, there is nothing that I wouldn’t give to my pets."
Lee is also planning to soon offer dog training classes.
"I'm trying to teach people how to take care of their pets in a healthy way, that’s my mission," Lee said.
