A Crowning Moment for Miss LCF

Miss La Cañada Flintridge 2011 passed her crown to La Cañada High School student Lauren Barsamian Thursday during the LCF Chamber of Commerce Centennial Installation and Awards Dinner.

For three and a half hours they waited.

Wearing floor-length evening gowns with nary a curl out of place, the 2012 Miss La Cañada Flintridge Royal Court exercised the kind of poise and patience one might expect from the ambassadors of the city.

One after another, officers were sworn in, awards were given, speeches were made. And finally, the grand finale of the La Cañada Flintridge Chamber of Commerce Centennial Installation and Awards Dinner: Lauren Barsamian was crowned queen.
