Book Signing: Noted Oncologist to Discuss His Guide to Surviving American Medicine

Dr. Cary Presant knows you have questions about healthcare - everyone does. So, he attempted to tackle the most frustrating issues and conundrums of the medical world in his non-fiction work, "Surviving American Medicine.''

Presant, a noted hematologist, is the past president of the California division of the American Cancer Society, and past president and current chairman of the Board of the Medical Oncology Association of Southern California, according to the Wilshire Oncology website. He will discuss and sign his book tonight at Flintridge Bookstore and Coffeehouse.
