Crescenta Valley Sheriff's Station Asking To Help Spread Some X-Mas Joy

From the Crescenta Valley Sheriff's Station

Crescenta Valley Sheriff’s Station is once again requesting the assistance of the community to help with this year’s Toy and Food Drive.

For nearly 25 years the Crescenta Valley Station and its core of Station Volunteers have been providing assistance to our very own local families all along the Foothill area.

Our goal this year is to invite over one hundred families to the Crescenta Valley Sheriff’s Station on December 21st so that we can give away toys and baskets of food.

We have had a wonderful show of support with all the dried/can food over this Thanksgiving weekend. This was accomplished through the generosity of the La Canada Flintridge Community Center and its annual 5k Turkey Trot.

We are now asking for the local community with help on donations for new unwrapped Toys hopefully valued at $10 or more.

You can drop off the toys at the Crescenta Valley Sheriff Station located at 4554 Briggs Ave in La Crescenta or any barrel throughout the local businesses. You can also contact Deputy Jorge Valdivia at (818) 236-4021, or email JValdiv@LASD.org.
