The mountainous "back road" between the Antelope Valley and La Cañada-Flintridge was reopened Sunday and should be available for commuters Monday.
County Department of Public Works officials said snow and ice have been plowed off of Angeles Forest Highway and Upper Big Tujunga Canyon Road, and the link was reopened Sunday.
The route crests above 6,000 in elevation, and crosses the Station Fire zone. Rocks and snow fall on it in bad weather.
The county warned that there may be ice on the pavement early Monday morning.
