Don't destroy my Mayberry!

I love La Canada.  I love the small town upscale feel.  I love walking the streets, including Foothill Boulevard.  But, I did not love my recent sighting of  a huge billboard for Phat Solar above a Foothill building near City Hall.  When did this happen?  Billboards along Foothill will destroy the quintessence of our lovely city and turn it into something akin to Sunset Strip.  I certainly don't want that to happen.  Do you?
