Meet Your New Team at La Cañada Flintridge Patch

Regular readers of the site will have noticed last week will be moving to South Pasadena Patch to work primarily at that site.

We want to introduce you to the new team that will be running La Cañada Flintridge Patch (note, it has some familiar faces!). We'll be  bringing you coverage of what's going on in town, from the school board to JPL to our regular police and fire updates.

Donna will still be contributing, along with Montrose-La Crescenta editor Nicole Charky, as well as other local Patch editors from neighboring towns. I will also be pitching in, along with my fellow Assistant Regional Editor Redmond Carolipio. 

We also want to extend an invitation to all the residents of La Cañada Flintridge who want to see important community events covered in town to post the events to our calendar, share your stories, as well as photos and videos on the site.

We also need you to help us keep the community conversation going around key issues by commenting regularly on stories. And if you care about local sports and want to see your child's team's accomplishments on the site, you can post them to our pics and clips gallery or put them up in a blog post on Patch along with your favorite local photos. It's quick and easy and you can share them with friends and neighbors.

We're also recruiting bloggers who have something to say to sign up and say it on the site. You don't have to be a writer to blog for La Cañada Flintridge Patch. If you are involved in an organization you can post a group newsletter for the blog, write about an upcoming fundraiser or celebrate a community hero.     

We also want to hear from you about how we are doing.
